A host of advertisements will be placed in top local newspapers

Advertisements and editorial coverage will be placed in major trade journals from all over the world.
Personal visits by key personnel to other major Oil & Gas shows around the world to further boost the show’s publicity to the Oil & Gas fraternity. – Personal visits to government ministries, trade associations and chambers of commerce.
E-Show Preview with highlights on exhibits will be distributed to VIPs and all the visitors on our database.
Exhibitors are invited to nominate their key clients as VIPs for the show. We will send invitation letters to the VIPs to visit the show. VIP invitation letters will also be hand delivered to the top PETRONAS officials to visit the show.
Email broadcasts will be done for the visitor pre-registration campaign whereby potential visitors are invited to pre-register their attendance via the website.
A string of SMS broadcasts will be done as forms of reminders to the pre-registered visitors closer to the show.
Each contracted exhibitor will be given the opportunity to extend online visitor invitations to their clients and customers to visit them during the show.
POSTERS AND VISUAL DISPLAY MATERIALS
Posters and other visual posters will be printed to be distributed and placed at relevant places to further publicise the event.
To support and enhance the advertisements in the newspapers, a host of press releases carrying latest updates about the show will be issued to the local and foreign press. One-on-One interviews will also be conducted with selected key exhibitors as part of the publicity campaign.
A total of 3 show dailies will be produced during the show which will be e-blasted to the visitors as well as to Exhibitors and all VIPs.
Outdoor billboards promoting the shows will be placed at strategic locations in Kuala Lumpur and areas close to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre prior to the show.
The mobile app (a.k.a. the OGA Insights) will serve as a E-Directory, specifically created to provide ease of access to exhibition information and event details before and during the show.
