Online Pre-registration
Pre-register now as a visitor for Asia’s Leading Oil & Gas event! Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code that can be downloaded to your smart device. Simply use the QR code to print your complimentary visitor badge at the Self Check-In Kiosks located at Hall 7, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
On-site Registration
To register onsite, you must complete the online registration form by scanning the registration QR code provided at the designated area. Once the registration process is completed, you may print your badge at the Self Check-In Kiosks located at Hall 7, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. This streamlined process ensures that you can quickly and easily register and obtain your badge at the event.
Admission Rules
- The exhibition is open to professionals, trade, and business visitors only.
- The public and minors below 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.
- Admission is free; but visitors are required to complete the registration.
- Proper attire is required for all visitors. Any individual who is not dressed appropriately will be denied entry.
Trade visitors wearing shorts, sleeveless t-shirts/shirts, slippers, or a combination of these items will not be granted access. - Your visitor badge will be valid for all three days of the show and access to exhibition halls and Speak OGA.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual, organisation or group at their discretion.
